  • Executive Director

    The Child Advocacy Center, Inc. located in Fayetteville, NC seeks an Executive Director to lead this accredited non-profit children’s advocacy center. This is a multi-faceted position responsible for leading, managing, sustaining, and growing the Child Advocacy Center (CAC).

    The Executive Director coordinates, schedules, and directs all CAC activities or supervises staff assigned to these functions. Grant writing and fundraising are a significant component of the position. The person in this position evaluates and develops strategies to maintain interagency coordination and cooperation in the management of child victimization cases. The Executive

    Director maintains an excellent working relationship with the CAC Board members, its officers and committee members, and assists the CAC Board in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

    Previous experience in the following areas preferred: senior management or leadership role, successful fundraising and networking techniques, strategic planning, corporate finance and measure of performance, grant writing, grant management, work in the area of child abuse in a criminal justice or social service agency, supervision of staff. Master's Degree preferred and bachelor’s degree required.

    Salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include: paid holidays, paid time off, retirement benefit, the CAC does not offer healthcare benefits.
